To add a new e-mail address with which you can register or receive the vouchers, you must do the following:
- Open your MySports Rewards app and tap on the profile picture icon at the bottom right.
- Go to the menu item “My account” and then to “Edit profile”.
- At the bottom you will then find the menu item “Emails” and below that “+ Add a new email”
- Enter your new email address there and then tap on “Save”
- A four-digit code will then be sent to the e-mail address, which must be typed in, after which the e-mail address is verified
This can then also be selected in a drop-down menu when ordering the vouchers. Important: the primary e-mail address always remains the same, even if you no longer have access to it.
