What does Coach Mo do, how do I set him up, and what does my employer see?
Coach Mo is your personal companion, and you can feed him your preferences. You decide how close he is, when he stays quiet, and which areas he's allowed to touch. Your employer only ever sees group totals, never your individual days or conversations.
EXPLANATION
- Closeness controls how often Mo reaches out: quiet, normal, or close.
- Quiet hours set when Mo stays silent, including push notifications.
- Thinking time is when Mo reviews your day and gives you feedback, for example on your daily goal.
- Under Your home, you decide which blocks Mo is allowed to turn on or off by himself. Turn it off for a block and Mo leaves it untouched.
- Under What I know about you, you see every saved entry and can delete each one individually.
- Under Privacy it states explicitly: your employer sees group totals, never your days, never this conversation.
- A further toggle controls whether Mo sees your live movement and app usage and compares you anonymously with others, never with fewer than 20 people and never by name. This can be switched off.
