If you leave the company, you will of course keep the STARS you have collected. You don't have to worry about your STARS expiring - your user account will remain active and you can continue to redeem your STARS for rewards as usual. This applies regardless of whether you are still employed by the company or not.
After leaving the company, you still have up to three years to redeem your accumulated STARS.
To ensure that you can continue to receive digital vouchers and rewards after you leave, we recommend that you enter your personal email address in the app. This will ensure that you receive your rewards reliably - regardless of your previous business email address or your employer.
