Who receives the data during data processing?

The contact details of Move Republic users are passed on to the promoter selected by him/her (e.g. employer) for the purpose of registering with the promoter for the sponsorship program and enabling the promoter to verify the participants.
Activity data of Move Republic users is processed exclusively by Move Republic. The promoter is provided with participant lists for administration and general statistics.
In addition, Move Republic reserves the right to check the authenticity of the activities and to exclude false information, in particular suspected cases of fraud. Move Republic also processes geo-location data for this purpose.
