Why are my steps displayed incorrectly or not at all in the Move Republic app?

It can happen, 

that the steps displayed in the Move Republic app are lower 

than in another existing app. 

This can happen for the following reasons. 

  • The app used to count the steps is not connected to the Move Republic app. You can find out how to do this in the following menu item.
  • If you have connected several apps directly to the Move Republic app, for example Apple Health and Fitbit, the Apple Health data will be overwritten by the Fitbit data. The Move Republic app only takes the data from one source for one day. To use the data from Apple Health and Fitbit, turn off the direct connection to the Move Republic app and connect the Fitbit app to the Apple Health app and synchronize your data in the Apple Health app. From there, the data will be synchronized to the Move Republic app.
