Why was my visit to a sports facility, or the sports facility created, rejected?

Sometimes it can happen that a visit to a sports facility is refused. This can be for the following reasons: 

• Too short a time at the sports facility (less than 15 minutes) 
• The geo data point does not match the information for the sports facility
  (or your phone may still be using outdated location data. Simply open Google Maps or Apple Maps to check or update it.)
• The sports facility already exists and has already been approved
• The sports facility cannot be explicitly separated from another facility (e.g. hotel gym)
• It is a course room that is not publicly announced (in these cases, please send an e-mail to cr@moverepublic.com with a flyer or a link where this room can be found)
