Why was my visit to a sports facility, or the sports facility created, rejected?

Sometimes it can happen that a visit to a sports facility is refused. This can be for the following reasons: 

• Too short a time at the sports facility (less than 15 minutes) 
• Geo data point does not match the details for the sports facility
• The sports facility already exists and has already been approved
• The sports facility cannot be explicitly separated from another facility (e.g. hotel gym)
• It is a course room that is not publicly announced (in these cases, please send an email to move@mysports-rewards.com with a flyer or a link where this room can be found)
