How do messages work?

Once you and another person follow each other, you can message each other directly. Your clubs also appear as their own chats, where you can message the whole group.

EXPLANATION

  • You'll find your messages via the speech-bubble icon at the top of your home screen.
  • The chat list shows both individual people and your clubs, for example your employer or a sports club.
  • Start a new chat with a person using the plus icon and the contact search.
  • Messaging a person requires mutual following; for clubs you can message the group chat directly once you're a member.

STEP BY STEP

  1. Tap the speech-bubble icon at the top of your home screen.
  2. For an individual: use the plus icon to select the person.
  3. For a club: open the relevant chat in the list.
  4. If you don't follow each other yet, follow via the friends search first.
