How are On-Foot workouts calculated for AP?

Activity Points and Parameters for On-Foot workouts

Allowed parameters:
  • minimal time: 1 min
  • minimum distance: 0.5 km
  • minimum average speed: 3 km/h
  • maximum average speed: 20 km/h
  • maximum speed: 30 km/h

This category includes various forms of movement such as walking, Nordic walking, trekking, climbing, race walking, jogging, running or orienteering — recorded through the Move Republic app or other compatible fitness apps and devices.

For covered distance, an additional bonus to steps is awarded to reflect the higher effort and health benefits of continuous, uninterrupted movement during a tracked distance-based workout.
