Why can't I open my voucher on my smartphone?
Occasionally, voucher links or PDF attachments may not display correctly directly on a smartphone (iOS or Android). This is usually due to the security settings of mobile mail apps or the restrictions of mobile browsers (such as Safari or Chrome Mobile), which may block downloads or fail to load PDF content completely.
The Solution: Download on a Desktop PC If the voucher cannot be opened on your phone, we strongly recommend switching to a stationary computer or laptop.
Please follow these steps:

Open email on PC: Log in to your email account on your computer.

Download voucher: Click on the link or attachment in the confirmation email. The voucher should open immediately in a new tab or be saved directly to your "Downloads" folder.

Save & Use: Once the file is saved on your PC, you can easily open it, print it, or send it back to your phone for mobile use.
