Why is the voucher not yet in my app or e-mail inbox?
Sometimes it can happen that the desired voucher is not immediately available in the MySports Rewards app or has arrived by email.
This may be due to the following reasons:
- Our voucher provider may be experiencing difficulties connecting to the MySports Rewards app.
- The voucher provider may no longer be active or available.
- It could be that an incorrect email address has been entered to which the voucher should be sent. In this case, the voucher would only be displayed in the app but would not appear in the email inbox.
